Isuzu Dealer Web Site Program - Frequently Asked Questions

  1. What is this all about?
    • Isuzu Commercial Trucks of America and MJM Internet, LLC have teamed up to bring every Isuzu dealer a great opportunity to expand online marketing. By sponsoring the major portion of the development and programming work ICTA is bringing economy and marketing dynamics to the entire dealer network. Dealers get a controllable, great looking web site for a small fraction of the cost of building the site entirely by themselves, yet still have control over the content. Corporate gets the ability to "push" factory programs and incentives information out to the entire network of web sites.

  2. Why should I participate in the Isuzu Website Program?
    • Your dealership should participate in the program because it will help you get opportunities to sell more trucks on a very efficient and inexpensive basis. There is no doubt that providing information, publishing special offers, presenting your individual "brand", and communicating online is the most efficient way to market your trucks and communicate with potential buyers. This program will also keep current incentives and rebates in your web site automatically.

  3. I already have my own web site. Why should I get another one?
    • If you already have one web site, having an additional web site provides additional impact and additional exposure. Viewed individually each and every way you market online is has a cost and benefit associated with it. This program is designed to be efficient both in terms of expense and support requirements so you spend little (money and time) and gain lots and lots of benefit from the increased online marketing presense.

  4. Can I see examples of the web site?
    • Yes. In this web site there are examples of 16 different graphic designs from which you can pick. There is also a demonstration copy of each of the web site packages. The basic package is called the Dynamic Landing Page Site. Even though it is the smaller package, there are still many portions of it that you can edit in real time!   5. What is the timeline for enrollment?
    • Enrollment is going on now and dealership sites will be completed on a first come - first served basis. So if you haven't gotten started, visit the enrollment page to see the design choices that are available to you. Of the 16 designs available, each dealership gets to "lock" their design choice - this way neighboring dealerships ccannot have a design that is identical to yours. Enrolling as soon as possible will give you your pick of designs, and get you up and running - and selling - sooner.

  6. How do I enroll?
    • You can enroll by clicking the large, yellow "Enroll Now" button at the top if this page. Or, if you prefer, You can call MJMI at (888) 532-3647.

  7. What kind of training is available?
    • During the process of setting up your new ICTA sponsored Isuzu Truck Dealership web site we exchange various information so that your site is setup appropriately. During that process you, or members of your staff will be trained via telephone to use the web site to manage content in the site. MJMI is available at any time to assist you with site management. Tutorials are available on an ongoing basis.

  8. I already have a domain name. Do I need another?
    • There are several ways to use an existing domain name for this new web site. If you have an existing dealership group domain we can easily have a version of it added such as Isuzu.dealergroup.com. Or, if you have a specific domain for a different Isuzu truck site we will conduct a search and register a variation for this new site, such as: Existing domain: www.IsuzuofAnytown.com New Domain: www.IsuzuofAnytown.net, or some variation. MJMI will consult with you directly to determine and implement the best domain naming solution for this project.

  9. Are the web sites search engine friendly?
    • Not only will your new Isuzu ssponsoredweb site be search engine friendly, it will be search engine optimized for organic (free) scoring and search engine results. MJMI is expert at crafting web sites and pages that help you appear high on the results pages in major search engines such as Google, Yahoo, MSN, AOL and others so that your site is found when relevant product and geographic search terms are used by your customers.

  10. I don't want the same design as a competing dealer. Is that an issue?
    • At this time MJMI has crafted 16 different designs for dealers to choose. Once you choose your design we will "lock" that design so that dealerships that are adjacent to yours cannot use the design that you have chosen. This process is being conducted on a first-come first-served basis. Additionally, during the deployment of your site it will be customized to use your logo if your dealership has one. Custom designs that are completely original to your dealership are also available for a separately quoted price, but choosing from one of the pre-designed choices helps keep the costs as low as they are with this program.
